Neos is a TV Man revealed in Episode 08. He is very chill and is the first TV Manager to speak forwarded instead of reverse. He is likely one of the strongest TV men out of the smaller Units. Maybe Skibidi Toilets found him being created or being upgraded, because that he hates Skibidi Toilets too. However, he has no memories and does not know anything about his past.
Appearance
He wears a purple tie, and he has two glowing purple cannons mounted to the sides of his TV. His TV head is different from most TV Men, as instead of white static, he has purple static. Additionally, he also wears darker gloves and blackberry boots. He also has five attachments on the right side of his TVs.

- This is supported by the fact that he can speak Skibidi language, and apparently has done "terrible things", according to the Chief Scientist Skibidi Toilet.
